She had to go. Hubby and I loaded her up last night and took her to her new forever home…on a farm, far far away. Yesterday we had two huge swarms of bees come through my yard, and my hive went nuts. Once again bees were everywhere in my neighbors yard. My neighbor has stopped calling me when this happens, but I am pretty sure she is getting annoyed that my hive keeps attracting swarms like it does. The two swarms landed in a huge ball on a tree, and the other neighbor I share a back fence with, asked me if I could help her nieces friend catch it. She was just starting beekeeping and this would be her first swarm catch and hive. I was more than happy to do so. It was an easy catch and I showed her what I know. It was an exciting day for her. It was a bit of a sad day for me. The swarm I had caught last year, and was so proud of, had to go. She has gone to my partner in crimes house. Right next to the other seven swarms I have caught with the last week. She has a huge property and if they all want to go nuts and fly everywhere, that will be just fine.

At twenty-eight Claire — now Lady Claire — has had years of experience running an orderly household in India and cannot imagine England will be any different. Older. Wiser. That’s Claire.

But England refuses to cooperate with Claire’s well laid plans. How did beautiful Loden Hall become such a ruin and how will she make it right in time? Why is her usually cooperative sister so resistant to Claire’s recommendation for a husband? Why are her brothers so unhappy that stowing away on a merchant ship holds more appeal than her loving care at home? Really, if it weren’t for the unexpectedly practical advice of her neighbor the Marquis of Symonton, she would feel quite alone.

For Claire, focused on the tangled knots of her own family, Symonton is the perfect ally. Who better to offer guidance than a man savvy enough to maneuver his way through society for six and thirty years without being trapped into matrimony? And how fortunate that the man is entertained by her family’s exploits! But even with Symonton, Claire manages to get it wrong. It’s not her family he’s interested in and amusement is not what he feels. The man has other plans entirely. Maturity and experience are all well and good, but Claire will learn that neither is as valuable as love.

The Night Series originally written as Marie Hall, I’m now writing as Selene Charles. Fully Completed Series! Written by the USA Today Bestseller of Crimson Night.

NO CLIFFHANGERS

Welcome to the carnival of the damned. I’m one of the seven deadly sins, they call me Lust, but you can just call me Pandora. This is a story of darkness. Redemption. Hope. And betrayal I never saw coming.

A reaper’s found me — deadly to my kind — and though I know I shouldn’t be I’m as drawn to him as a moth is to flame. But I don’t have time to indulge in my fantasies of stripping him down naked and having my dirty, dirty way with him. Because there’s a prophecy going round. Real end of the world type stuff. And somehow this little demon is at the heart of it all. I’m thousands of years old, but I’m starting to feel like my numbers finally come due…

Book 1: Crimson Night

My name is Pandora, and I’m a Nephilim-half demon-what’s my other name? Lust. I’m the dark craving that drives you mad, makes you reckless and stupid. But I’m not all bad. I fight for light. People are starting to disappear and lately I’ve felt a dark presence lurking around me. I think it might be a death priest. And before the night is through I’ll be betrayed by the one person I thought I could trust.

Book 2: All Hallows Night:

Secrets and truths, lies and red herrings… which is which? That’s what Pandora’s trying to figure out. And there’s no better time to do it than during Mexico’s annual Dia de Los Muertos festival. There’s just one problem… Zombies.

Book 3: Howler’s Night

Lies. Half-truths. A zombie Queen. And a really freaking dark entity known only as the Triad. The more Pandora learns the worse things seem to get.

“And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him… ”

Book 4, Red Rain THE EXCITING CONCLUSION!

Welp… this is it. The end of the world. Somehow, I don’t think I made anything better, only worse. But now I’ve got allies, people I call friends and maybe, just maybe I might come out of this nightmare alive… or maybe I’ll turn into something darker than anything the world could ever imagine. Guess, you’ll just have to wait and see.
