I have mentioned quite a few times that I hate clowns. All of them. Now… everyone who is a clown, don’t get mad at me just yet. I appreciate the hard work you put into being a clown, but ya scare me. I have no clue why. I never had a traumatic clown incident as a child. A horrible mime incident, but nothing with a clown. My brain one day, out of the blue, decided that it was time to fear clowns. My brain and I don’t always get along, and most of the time I can ignore it. Unfortunatly brain is not letting me go on this subject. Jerk brain. So to my point… this weekend, at the Willits KOA Halloween Extravaganza, the horror family put on a fantastic display..as usual. Every year this family picks out a scary theme and they all dress up. Last year was horror movie villains like Freddie Kruger and the weird puppet dude from the Saw movies. They go all out. This year they even had a haunted house in their campsite. IN ONE LITTLE CAMPSITE!!! Crazy good. I would tell you about it, but the second I peeked in I saw him. A seven foot tall (probably only 6 foot 2, but ya know what I mean) KILLER CLOWN!!! I really wish I could tell you about the haunted house. I heard it was awesome, and I could hear all the kids screaming and laughing inside, but the clown prevented me from going back. I’m kinda sad that the scary clown kept me from going back to the scary house. I hate that I was scared away from a scary house. I wanted to get scared…of a house…not a clown. I hate clowns

Goodreads Reviews:
‘A different world than where you come from! This kingdom has its own language, rules, and characters. These trains are wild rides where no one is safe and at times you are not sure who to root for. I loved the Bam! in your face vigilante justice where the good guys are not pure and the bad guys – you don’t even want to know exist. The pace is fast and the story is edgy – the characters are big and rough with their own sense of right and wrong. An incredible ride.’

‘This book is not like anything I have ever read, it does not remind me of anything (I have lately found this to be a super rare trait). It is fast paced, the characters and their relationships (good and bad) are amazing well developed and very richly created. The story, at times a bit scattered, is interesting and unique -and makes you want to keep reading.’

Drop-dead sexy restauranteur and infamous playboy Parker Maxwell has only three rules for the women he dates: no questions about his past, no expectations for the future, and no spending the night. When he meets Victoria, however, he’s willing to break his own rules if it means sating the explosive desire she arouses in him. What he doesn’t know is that the alluring Victoria Price used to be the mousy Isabel Diaz, the girl he deflowered and dumped long ago.

Presented with a perfect opportunity for revenge, Victoria decides the game is on. But when her connection with Parker proves more than just skin deep, she has to make a choice: continue with her plan for payback, or risk her career, her reputation, and her heart by taking a second chance on love?
