Tonight I am going to go easy on the family. I am going to heat up one of those pre-cooked meals from Costco. I know my family loves me because last night’s dinner was horrible. Actually the taste wasn’t so bad, but I am pretty sure chicken should not be as dry as the desert in Summer. My poor hubby and baby bassets just sat there chewing and chewing and then turning to me and smiling giving me the thumbs up. They couldn’t say they liked it because all the moisture in their mouths was sucked out by the chicken. I love them for not wanting to hurt my feelings, but I knew it was bad. I would have said something but I couldn’t, because of the chicken.
