This morning was one of those mornings I was afraid to let my little seven pound Junebug outside to do her morning business. All night last night I could hear a party or battle going on and it sounded like they were pretty large critters. I have never had this problem before. I have always had dogs that were at least forty pounds, and I have never feared that they would get carried off by hawks or stabbed by a racoon. Sorry. I just assume that raccoons use tools and weapons. They seem pretty smart to me. I kinda feel like I could write a note to them asking that they please leave my little dog alone. Bribe them with food and supplies like a radio or a flashlight. It’s easy to picture them using a cell phone huh? With a broom in my hand I let Junebug out for quick business, then it was back in. Maybe I will get her a helmet.

Static Cling (The Irish Lottery Series Book 5)

Genre: Literature & Fiction | Historical Fiction | Contemporary Fiction | Literary Fiction

FREE for a limited time

PLEASE NOTE: Although this book is part of the IRISH LOTTERY SERIES, there is no cliffhanger. It is true that the characters get older as the series progresses, but each book is a complete story, and can be enjoyed without having read the previous book.

When an armed robbery at Final Spinz, the dry cleaners where hardened matriarch Fionnuala Flood works, leads to the death of beloved pensioner Mrs. Ming, the ensuing investigation unleashes dark secrets that promise to bring Fionnuala closer to her husband Paddy, her mother Maureen, and the four children of her brood still in town. Or tear them apart forever.
The dysfunctional Floods are ripping apart at the seams. Fionnuala, banished from the family home for a heinous act that threatened the life of her most beloved son, must live, exile-like, in a dilapidated trailer on the outskirts of town, Derry, Northern Ireland. She’s desperate to inveigle her way back into the family so she can rule over them once more with her iron rod and rapier tongue. Paddy and the family wanted rid of her, but if Fionnuala has her way, she’s going nowhere. Like static cling.
Throw into the mix the return of a contestant from Safari Millionaire, some shocking DNA results, and Fionnuala’s plan to save the world from evil, and bestselling author Gerald Hansen’s fifth book about this shocking family is another hilarious ride — part roller coaster, carousel and ghost train — that will leave you gasping, wincing and, most of all, laughing.

Genre: Suspense | Action & Adventure | Fantasy

I suppose I chose this life, but often times I wonder if the choice was really my own. My name is Sailor Ray, and I’m a demon hunter. There are others like me but we all do what we do for our own reasons. Some want to make the world a better place, while others want balance. I just want revenge.
On the day my father died, I made a pact with a devil, Alfonse. In exchange for saving me from the same fate as my father, I promised him my body as a vessel, and once my revenge is obtained, my soul will also be claimed by him.
I was only using him, and he was already using me. Neither of us planned to keep our end of the deal. When our pact was first made, he was weak, a dying spirit. Now, as he heals within me, I can feel his presence growing stronger with every passing day. I’m not stupid, though.

He plans to take over, and I plan to kick him out.

There’s a new lead on the demon who killed my father. First I kill him, then Alfonse.
Easier said than done.
