The nutritionist who overheard me telling one of my friends at the gym that I was going to start eating right today (which I do everyday) asked that I log what I eat for a few days, and then he would review it and make a few suggestions. Knowing that I would have to log everything I ate pretty darn well. No cake, no Lucky Charms, and no alcohol. That right there is a great diet plan. I sent him the log last night and I felt pretty relieved, assignment over, free at last to be bad. Well no, apparently not because he responded right away saying he sees a lot of changes that need to be made. Oh gosh! That was me being good and eating right. I can tell already this is going to hurt.
