There are so many things I really loved about the Tough Mudder event I really can’t put one thing above another. There is one moment in particular that comes to mind. I was standing at the top of a very high drop into a pool of muddy ice water. I was already freezing cold and now add to that I was scared to death of the drop. As I walked to the edge I looked down unsure of exactly what I was going to do. I heard a voice next to me say in the kindest voice, “You can do this” I looked up and saw a young man in a Bee costume with a pink tutu and he gave me the most encouraging smile, so I jumped. A leap of faith.
