This next recipe comes from Nancy D, but she didn’t mention a name for it, so we can call it Nancy D’s Popcorn. This one is a fun treat that you can make in minutes.
Nancy writes:
Start with “hulless popcorn in your chip aisle – get the buttery flavor. Melt white chocolate & drizzle over. (I put it on cookie sheets just to set, then you can put it in baggies.) This is so addictive!! Could put red/green food coloring in the white chocolate if you want it more festive….”
This was a fun treat to make. Mostly because it was so easy, and it made me look like mom of the year when my baby bassets came home. I could not find the hulless popcorn, but the boys didn’t seem to mind.
