Is it bad of me that I am happy the bear that comes around every year has decided to bug another town this time? Silly bear. This year, instead of snooping around our town looking for unattended picnic baskets, he has made his was south. I am really curious to know where he spends his time when he is not getting caught on people security cameras playing around in their backyard. Knowing that we have bears and mountain lions around here makes for a pretty strong argument against hiking in the hills or walking around… anywhere. NOPE. I don’t need to see a bear. This goes back to me not wanting to be eaten by anything. I wonder if it was the mountain lions that scared the bear away. That would be interesting. Not the kind of interesting stuff I want to see happening around town while I shop for Christmas presents though. I guess as long as the bear and mountain lions are preoccupied with each other, they won’t take the time to eat me. Hmm… seems like a good deal.
