This is the 2nd book in the series, the first one was Budget School Holiday Meals. Written to help poverty line/bread line families, students on budgets, anyone who needs help eating well but living cheaply. Having been there myself I know how hard it is to make ends meet, to know what to cook to keep you and especially your children fed and full. Knowing that up to 3 MILLION children go hungry in school holidays in the UK alone prompted me to write my first book and then follow it up with this one. They are small books, cheap and cheerful but hopefully in some small way I can help families and individuals. There will be other books in the series, but as a housewife and mum on a budget it takes me time to get them together.
