I am on day 4 of riding my bike in the morning, and I hate to say it, but I am already feeling the benefits. I hate that good old fashion diet and exercise is the answer. I have been searching for the quick fix all my life, and I have yet to find it. Don’t for one second think I am not still looking, but in the meantime i am going to get on that two wheeled contraption and boogie down the path. Since my brain likes to trick me so much, I am only committing to riding my bike one time. No guarantees for tomorrow. I think it’s working.
