I was happy but for only a moment. The front yard has needed to have a fresh layer of bark nuggets spread across it for about a year. It has been on my mind for far too long. So this morning I finally got in the truck, went to the landscape material yard, and got myself a load of bark nuggets. I didn’t even go inside when I returned. I went straight to work. It took me a good two hours to unload the nuggets and spread them out evenly. After it was all done I took a step back to admire my work. FINALLY! My brain could rest. A load has been lifted off my shoulders. Hmm? The yard looks fresh, but the house trim is so faded. DRAT!
