It is supposed to make you feel better, but the jury is still out on this one. Yesterday I cleared out my closet of everything that either does not fit or I haven’t worn in the last year. I am about 80% done and I filled two extra large trash bags. There were a lot of items I really liked, but I am a little bit fluffier than I was a few years ago, and I really don’t think I will ever get to that size again. I would like to, but it has been ten years, and if I haven’t figured out how to lose the weight in ten years, what makes me think I will in the future? Plus, if I ever did, I would reward myself with new clothes. Right?? So do I feel better now? Meh. Maybe after I donate the clothes and it is out of sight. Right now I just feel bad that there are two huge bags of clothes in the middle of the room that I got too fluffy to fit in. Um.. I was promised happiness, joy, and a burden off my shoulders. HMMPH!
