The sickness running through our house is a bit of a confusing one. Everyone is getting sick, but not with the same symptoms. Is it the same bug or different ones? I have no clue. I haven’t been hit yet, which is a surprise to me. I am all but asking for it when I check my baby’s temperature by putting my face to their forehead. I never try to avoid getting sick when it hits our home. I refuse to spend any effort avoiding it. I will not stop hugging and kissing them. THEY ARE JUST TOO CUTE! There is also a bit of laziness involved. That would be a lot of repeated cleaning and disinfecting I have no desire to do. I will do all that when everyone is done being sick. I am sure I will get hit on the weekend, when I have free time. Thanks…grrrr.

In 1812, Americans held two distinctly different visions of their country.
