My poor baby bassets are suspicious this morning. Their mother, who hates to cook, just made them fresh homemade waffles for breakfast. Do I want something? Does their mother have bad news? Has their mother finally lost her mind since she is now referring to herself in the third person? No to all, except for the last one. That has yet to be determined. Nothing crazy. I swear I just went to the grocery store. How on Earth are we all out of anything breakfast like? Yikes!! Teenagers will eat you out of house and home without you even noticing. CRAZY!

Until the End
by J Hoffman, Jennifer McCabe
(9 Reviews)
Genre: Romance
FREE for a limited time
Talia Turner is an introvert in almost every way. On a typical day, she prefers to be at home, away from the general public. At home, she prefers to be in her room, away from her eclectic mother, Belle. In her room, she paints. Her art is her most prized possession and she keeps it under tight lock and key.
She is an artist in almost every way, and that is what blurs the lines between her life, and the life of the ever-so colorful Damien Michaels.
Damien has his own dark past, as the son of an addict. With a court order to maintain a sober lifestyle and become a productive member of society, Damien prepares to open his own tattoo parlor. With the stress of entrepreneurship looming over him, he makes a midnight getaway to upstate New York for a few days to reconnect with a few old friends.
Talia and Damien’s story is laced with second chances, serendipitous winds, overwhelming loss and unprecedented gain.
*This is a standalone. While the romance is mild to medium, the story is not. Frequent use of curse words, mention of drugs/drug use, alcohol/drinking, and sexual references. No sex.

Jesus: Fib, Dead, or God?: Easy-to-Read Christian Apologetics for Evangelism (Christianity Uncomplicated)
by James Finke
(41 Reviews)
Genre: Religion & Spirituality
FREE for a limited time
In this volume of the Christianity Uncomplicated book series, James Finke addresses the most important question in history, asked by the most important person in history.
The person is Jesus of Nazareth and the question is, “Who do you say that I am?”
Tragically, most people will spend their entire life dodging the question. They’ll change the subject, using objections like:
• The Christian faith and I have different views on social issues like abortion and gay marriage.
• Some Christian groups are too intolerant.
• I don’t like how some Christian groups meddle in politics.
• Many Christians are hypocrites.
• There are lots of religions, and I’m not sure only one has to be the right way.
That’s where this book comes in. No more playing “spiritual whac-a-mole” with skeptics. You’ll learn to methodically and simply explain why Jesus Christ is the Chief Cornerstone of your life.
Your faith, and your ability to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with others will never be the same.
Are you ready? Let’s talk Jesus.
