I woke up this morning feeling like a slept with a boulder on top of me all night. That or a small cat, same thing, right? Ouch. It’s all this exercising I have been doing and it makes me feel terrible. I have been lifting weights, and while I am getting stronger, I am also feeling worse and worse. You might say I probably need to stretch more, but that is all I do. Getting around the house I look like a sloth moving from branch to branch, slow as a …. well sloth. It’s fitting that my hair looks about the same as a sloths as well, wild and possibly food in it. I don’t get out much. CAN’T… By the time my body warms up, the day is over. Urg..more coffee please.
