I finally cracked and went out into the yard to do some clearing out of spent plants. I needed to get my hands in the soil, and I think the pups really wanted to be outside as well. They don’t particularly like to be outside without me, so they really enjoy it when I am in the yard gardening. There is a cute little green and red hummingbird that seems to get a kick out of me as well. He spends a lot of time buzzing by my head. It’s a little intimidating having a flying needle buzzing so close to my face. What would happen if he ran into me? That could really hurt!! It feels good being outside right now, even with the cold weather. I’m going to make myself a quick lunch, and then head back out.
