Thirteen years ago, hubby and I went on a cruise to Mexico with some friends. On one of our last big shopping stops, I spotted a beautiful handmade ceramic sink. I just HAD to have it. Hubby argued that there was no real way to get it home, but I insisted I just had to have it. I put up quite a stink about it. I carried that heavy sink in my arms the whole trip home. So now, here we are, thirteen years later, and I still have no idea where I am going to put the thing. I refuse to get rid of it out of a refusal to admit I was wrong, but have yet to find a good spot for it. Today is attempt 47. I dug a littler hole in the ground in the middle of a flowerbed, and I am going to try to make it a little water feature…again. Some day I will find a spot for it. Cross our fingers today is the day.
