Last night the Tooth fairy came and left two dollars for my youngest basset’s tooth. I gotta tell you. This is pretty darn creepy. I have a real issue with magical creatures coming into my house while I sleep and lurking around my house. Why does she have to come in the house? Why can’t we leave it outside in an envelope for her? Better yet, why don’t we just mail it to her? This could save her tons of time and energy. Kids today needing instant gratification is crazy. I remember when I was a kid having to wait six to eight weeks for a prize off the back of a cereal box to arrive. By the time the prize actually arrived I had forgotten I had mailed away for it and was completely surprised. Sometimes it never arrived. You took a gamble and that’s what made it exciting. HARRUMPH! Kids today…
