I’m feeling pretty proud of myself. After borrowing my friends projector, I was able to make a 6′ by 6′ tall haunted house, a tree with an owl that is just as tall, one zombie and a man shooting the zombie. All silhouettes and all painted and ready to be stapled to wooden stakes. I love making silhouettes. I couldn’t paint a face to save my life and being able to paint every thing one color makes life super easy. The decorations are a one time use for my gym’s Halloween party, so they are made out of cardboard, but I am liking them so much I might just make them for myself out of plywood. Or I might just try to sit down and take a break for a few minutes. I spend so much time creating spiffy decoration and working on projects, that I rarely stop and appreciate any of it. Maybe I should hug someone with a bad cold, share a cup of coffee with them. That should slow me down a bit.
