I have decided my News Years Resolution. I want to do a pull-up. Not a hundred or some crazy number. Just one pull-up. I figure if you can do one you should be able to do multiple, so I will not overwhelm myself with too much. I just want for once in my life to be able to do one pull-up. If you could see what I look like doing it you will agree it will take me about a year or so to accomplish it. Let’s just say there is a lot of teeth gritting and legs running in the air. Both movements have not given me much success to date.
