I put the food down for both my pups and went back inside to drink my coffee. I watched as a fly circled above Ellie Mae, then dove down and landed on her butt. She jumped higher than a jackrabbit and looked around to see who was there. Ellie went back to eating and the fly dove down yet again and landed on her back making Ellie Mae jump even higher, and I really think she was confused. This went on for about 2 minutes or so. Just for kicks I told her it was a ghost and turned on the fan to get rid of the fly. I wonder if she believes me?

Uncle Angelo ( my sweetheart, lives with his Family in Montreal, Canada) is from my Mother’s side, he worked at high-class hotels, observed what the chefs would create in the kitchen and taught us, what he picked up, recipes well worth mentioning.
