It is too early in the morning for this. Here I am, getting emotionally invested in some drama that is happening in a short little video I found online. I was really bothered by what I was seeing. No one was in danger or anything, so it’s not even that important. I even started clicking further into the collection of videos to get the updates. When I hit the comments I was all fired up to give my opinion. It would have been one comment in a sea of thousands. Uhhhh…. hmmm. So I’m getting all fired up and involved and it would have zero impact on anything at all? Yaaa… I’m out. I will just be over here watching baby hedgehog videos. HAPPY WEDNESDAY!!

The Boomer Crew – Meet this year’s lovable rogues.
The Boomer Crew is the flip side of The Thursday Murder Club coin, where instead of solving crimes a bunch of pensioners attempt to commit them, but ultimately (and humorously) fail.

When 74-year-old northerner, Blakey, has a near-death experience on his allotment, he feels reborn. Looking at his life through a new lens, he grows misty-eyed for his youth and decides to reconnect with his old school friend, ‘Captain’ Finley John.

However, when Blakey tracks down Finley, Blakey finds that he’s not the dashing, charismatic man from Blakey’s youth. He’s a widower, whose debt problems have made him a bitter recluse.

So Blakey recruits his allotment friend, Geoff, to help get Finley back on his feet, but they can only think of one way to solve Finley’s money problems – a good old-fashioned bank robbery. After all, they’ve seen them done a million times on TV. How hard can it be?

“The Boomer Crew” is a light-hearted cozy crime caper. Come and meet the Boomer Crew boys for yourself.

“Southern ladies didn’t make a scene. Her mother would tell her to march her hiney back into that church and marry the man.”

Cassie’s in her wedding dress and ready to walk down the aisle. Minutes later, she’s a runaway bride on her way to nowhere. Two Hearts, Tennessee, fits that description perfectly.

Greg returned to Two Hearts to be the sheriff after years as a big city cop — and his fiancée dumping him. He’s living over the garage at his mother’s house (how did that happen?) and just doing his job.

Then he gets a call about a redhead in the diner wearing a wedding dress.

His life and the town are turned upside down.

Cassie wants to help Two Hearts while she’s hiding from her ex-groom and the media. She may have some ideas to give a boost to the dying town.

Cassie has a thriving business in Nashville. Greg’s tied to Two Hearts.

Will she be able to help the town AND avoid falling for the sheriff? The town, maybe. The sheriff? She’s pulled closer to his heart every minute she’s there.
