I have rediscovered coconut oil! I am not really sure why I stopped using it. For a while there I was a shiny, coconut smelling, enthusiast that just couldn’t get enough of it, but then all of the sudden I stopped. Maybe I got tired of smelling like a candy bar, although who could ever stop loving the smell of a delicious candy bar. Either way for some reason I stopped, but this morning I got back on track. Actually I think it is guilt that drew me to the gigantic jug of oil. I feel guilty for buying it and then it ending up in the back of the cupboards with an inch of dust on it, and I also feel guilty that because I had such a headache last night that the only thing I could manage to cook my family for dinner was Mac and cheese. Delicious, but not exactly a balance meal. This morning I will gave the baby bassets an extra portion of fruit to make up for last night. Maybe I will tell them no video games tonight to raise my good parent ranking up a bit. It’s all about balance.
