I have a pretty good cut and bump on my head. Not enough to go to the doctor by any means, but a nice little ouch. I vaguely remember hitting my head, but it was wasn’t enough to slow me down. This is a very common occurrence for me. After a good day of working on projects in the garden, I often discover new cuts and scrapes as I am unwinding in the evening time. As a kid a scrape or cut meant everything had to stop and bandages were a must. Everything in the world came to an absolute halt. Snacks would be needed as well. You need energy in order to heal. Chocolate worked best. Next time I get a cut I am asking hubby to fix it. I bet it would be nice to get that Band-Aid and chocolate cookie.
