I read the headline to an article, and I turned the opposite direction and ran. The headline was “How Your Diet Affects Your Mental Health”. There is a question I didn’t ask. As soon as I know that eating cookies and drinking beer will have ill affects on me, I will suddenly start feeling bad. We’re talking instantly! I am very easily influenced, so it’s best that I avoid such facts. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t just eat junk food. I always balance out the sweets with fruits and veggies. Although the word “Balance” might be a bit of an overstatement, but you get what I mean. I was sure not to click on the article. I didn’t want the Watchers thinking I was interested in reading such things and advertising more articles like that. I did click on “Why We Can’t Rule out Bigfoot” though. There could be lifesaving facts in there that I might need for my next hike.
