Today is the first day of in person classes for both of my baby bassets! This will be the first time that my youngest will set foot in his new school. I wonder if it will hit him this morning that he is in junior high now. Even though there will only be about eight kids in each class, I am excited for them to see other people. It certainly wont be the ideal situation with masks and rules saying they can’t gather in groups, but it is a start. It’s April and I am driving my baby bassets to school for the first time in over a year. I couldn’t be happier that things are at least starting to get back to normal.

***An Amazon overall top 90 bestseller***

The road to happily ever after has never been more hilarious… or complicated…
Grace Montgomery’s plan is simple. Go to her younger brother’s wedding, stop it, go home, make partner at her law firm. Almost getting arrested by a cocky air marshal? Not on the agenda. Neither was puking on him. (Don’t ask) Finding out he’s her soon-to-be brother-in-law… also a setback. And don’t even get her started on her attraction to the dead-sexy jerk.

If Nick had a plan, it wouldn’t include getting involved with a woman as complicated as Grace. It especially wouldn’t include road tripping with her. But as it turns out, traveling–and sparring–with the sharp-witted Grace is the most fun Nick’s had since, well, ever. And their chemistry? Off. The. Charts.

Soon, Grace realizes there’s more to Nick than a pretty face and a big, um, gun. If she’s not careful, she might lose her prized control–and her heart. But first, they’ll have to deal with a meddling ex, a slew of dysfunctional family members, and a contaminated pumpkin bisque (long story).

It’s gonna be a long, complicated week…
You Complicate Me is book 1 in the You Complicate Me series, but can be read as a standalone. Book 2, You Wrecked Me, and book 3, You Ruined Me, are also now available. These books are not intended for anyone who doesn’t like characters who cuss, snarky banter, tons of nerdy pop culture references, and all manner of familial silliness. For the rest of you, happy reading!
