I didn’t want to say anything yesterday about the fact that it was Monday the 13th, but don’t you think that sounds a heck of a lot worse than Friday the 13th? Seriously! It’s a Friday. It may be an unlucky Friday, but its still the last day of the work week, and you have the whole weekend to look forward to. Monday the 13th is a lot worse. It’s unlucky and it’s a Monday. YUCK! Now that it’s behind us I feel like I can talk about it. I felt that if I mentioned it yesterday it would have been like pouring salt in a wound. I can’t say that I hate hate Mondays though. I really like my co-workers and I am always happy to see them. They are also happy to be at work, but I think it’s because they are volunteers and they have a choice. It’s also is a totally different feeling when you know your work is really helping people. That and all the tasty food we get to sample.
