I just read a blog post about a woman who heard that drinking a gallon of water a day could change your life. I loved that she was so skeptical about it, and not ultra spiritual. It only took to day 4 for her to feel the results of it, and by day 32 she was amazed at how good her body felt and how much more energy she had. I think this is a change I could get behind. Mostly because it’s free and I don’t need to join a club. I think I am going to start it myself today. Of course right after my cup of coffee.
