My dining room table is filled with Christmas cookies. They look so pretty with their colorful sprinkles, bright red cherries, and adorable little sugar characters of Santa, the Gingerbread man, and Frosty the snowman. It is like looking at a masterpiece! I have zero desire to eat any of it. They look great, and I know they taste great because my mother tested them all, but after smelling cookies baking for two days, I really want a salad. I better package them up before they start to look tasty to me. I am a lot like a shark. One taste will send me into a feeding frenzy, and that always causes quite a mess. I hate sweeping and vacuuming.

“Ellie Jordan, Ghost Trapper is Ghostbusters meets The Dresden Files. Fun and creepy.” -Daniel Arenson, USA Today bestselling author of Earthrise and the Song of Dragons series.

Ellie Jordan’s job is to identify and remove unwanted ghosts. Part detective, part paranormal exterminator, Ellie operates out of Savannah, Georgia, the most haunted city in the United States. When a family contacts her to deal with a disturbing presence in the crumbling old mansion they’ve purchased, Ellie first believes it to be a typical, by-the-book specter, a residual haunting by a restless spirit. Instead, she finds herself confronting an older and more powerful evil that dwells within the walls of the house, stalking the living. Ellie must quickly unravel the secret history behind the haunting in order to remove the ghost. She is aided by her new assistant Stacey, a recent film school graduate with a gift for capturing images and video of ghosts, and Jacob, a reluctant young psychic. Together, they will try to evict the dangerous spirits of the dead, whose threats to the family grow more terrifying every night.

“A brilliantly addictive, insomnia-inducing story following Ellie Jordan, a ghost tracker, who works a hazardous job investigating hauntings. Read before bedtime at your own risk!” -Alexia Purdy, bestselling author of the Dark Faerie Tale and Reign of Blood series

Do you love to travel? Would you love to travel with your children? “Travelling with children opens doors in the world that adults on their own might not necessarily find.” This candid and heartfelt book will show you that it’s not only possible… IT’S INCREDIBLE – for you on your own, or you AND the kids! This is the true story of a young woman and her new husband who, against the better judgement of their friends and families, took off to experience the world for a few months and stayed away for almost ten years. From the trekking paths of the Himalaya to the challenges of China when it first opened its doors to individual tourists, this book describes what it’s really like to get down and dirty with the locals across Asia and Northern Europe – on aeroplanes, buses, trains, and even bicycles. This is not a how-to book, or a guide book. It is a why-to book. It will inspire you to take action in your own life, and find more value in the ideas you actually live. Because they are the only ones that count.
