I really shouldn’t complain and I am not going to, but I am going to ask a simple question. We are in a drought here in California and this winter has only seen a handful of rainy days. Can someone please explain to me why one of those few rainy days had to be on Easter? Really now! A bit rude. I should have seen it coming though. My grandmother would say, “If it rains on the palms, it will shine on the eggs. If it shines on palms it will rain on the eggs.” You could almost bet money on that.
