I just watched my broody little chickie Heather, who is currently locked out of her nest box, chase my pup Jethro down the deck and through the yard. She might not be taking being locked out of her box very well. It was a slow chase, but I am pretty sure she just taught me a few bad words in chicken. I am also losing faith in my dogs guarding and protection abilities.
